Cleanest feeling ever! — this is what I thought after using Cure on my face. (Was my face that dirty before?? Where have you been all my life?)
Cure is Japan’s No. 1 exfoliator (and I love practically everything Japanese – the women there have the best skin!) but unlike the scrubs we used to know as kids (remember Apricot scrub??), Cure is gentle because it’s made of 90% water and it doesn’t have preservatives, mineral oil, fragrance and coloring. (You don’t have to feel like you are rubbing your skin against bits of asphalt.)
How to Use Cure:
1. Wash your face with a towel and dry well
2. Pump a dab onto your fingertips.
3. Massage onto your face in a circular motion for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
4. Rinse with water then follow with your daily skin care routine.
I use Cure twice a week (Wednesdays and Sundays – there’s a schedule haha) and when I use it, my face feels amazing. Plus, it seems easier to apply moisturizer and makeup. I’m not sure if I mentioned it before but I don’t use soap on my face. To clean my face, I only use Aquasana water, Cure twice a week and cleansing oil to remove makeup. Cure has been inserted into my very pure facial cleansing regimen and it works.
Cure is also not just for the face. I’ve used it on my elbows, knees and heels — I promise you, you don’t know how really clean these parts can feel until you’ve used Cure on them! My mother would be so happy (bimpo be gone!).
Cure comes in a pump bottle so it’s easy and not messy to use. A bottle is P1,500 and lasts for 4 months if you use it twice a week on your face. Cure is available in Beauty Bar shops around the metro. This is something I’d be happy to receive for my birthday or Christmas!
Thank you so much Cheryl Chua and Beauty Box Corp. You have saved my face (and knees, elbows and heels) from a lifetime of encrusted dirt (Ewww what a thought. I can’t wait to Cure my face tomorrow).
